MSB Editing does not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent to you by MSB Editing will only be in connection with the agreed provision of its editorial services. However, the risks associated with online communications and the security of files remain the responsibility of the client. MSB Editing is willing to sign a confidentiality agreement if requested.

Disclaimer
MSB Editing takes every possible care with clients’ work during the editing process. However, the content and factual accuracy of the final edited and proofread document remains the responsibility of the author(s).

Copyright and plagiarism
The document and its copyright remain the property of the author(s) at all times.  Any matters related to plagiarism or copyright infringement remain the responsibility of the author(s).

Deadlines
MSB Editing reserves the right to extend the turnaround time of a document if in the editor’s view it needs more extensive editing that initially envisaged or if new material requires incorporation into the document. MSB Editing cannot be held responsible for any delays or interruptions in availability of its service arising from circumstances beyond its control, for example but not limited to, problems with the network, human or technical error, and atmospheric, geographic or topographic conditions.
